A local student who used another's bank card to support a life of luxury has been arrested, Youth Daily reports. Zhou, a sophomore at a local university, found a bank card inside an ATM machine when he tried to take some cash. He changed the PIN and then used the card to buy expensive clothes and mobile phones for more than 20,000 yuan (US$2,418).
