American soldiers held captive

A video grab image shows what appears to be
a uniformed American soldier being held captive by insurgents in Iraq
April 16, 2004. In the tape the man identified himself as Keith Matthew
Maupin -- one of two US soldiers reported missing this month. The
US military in Iraq received a copy of the videotape, and the Arabic
television station Al Jazeera aired the poor-quality tape. The tape showed
a white male dressed in military fatigues sitting on the floor surrounded
by masked gunmen. [Reuters]
