A ceremony is held at the Hong Kong Convention
and Exhibition Centre to welcome the arrival of the Buddha finger bone,
May 25, 2004. Also called Buddha's "sarira", the finger bone is considered
one of the world's great sacred relics. The holy relic
arrived in Hong Kong just in time for the Buddha's birthday
celebrations on Wednesday. It will be shown for 10 days in the territory.
