Cornered girl bashed in school violence
A teenage girl in school costume is cornered and bashed, by a gang of her schoolmates, also girls. The frenzied assault winded up as the fragile target crouched against the wall, crying.
This is not footage from an action film, but a real and live event that took place in a Shenzhen middle school, dubbed with deafening wows from other watching students. On April 4, Shenzhen News Net released two videos depicting two assaults involving girls and boys respectively. The campus stunt has left the public deeply concerned about the school violence.
The incident is not the first of the kind, as this kind of thing has been reported twice at the very same middle school. The shocking violent video was hotly discussed at the online bulletin of Shenzhen News Net. A sizable number of viewers have called for a close watch of such violent incidents on campus, which may lead to tragedies with irreversible consequences. Others consider it a commonplace everywhere.
