Oscar winner Charlize Theron is planning to get married later this summer. She plans to marry actor Stuart Townsend at their Malibu home.

After four years of dating, the couple — who met on the set of 2001 movie — are finally ready to exchange vows.

"The Monster" Oscar-winner has been busy making plans and shopping for a wedding dress with her mother Gerda.

A friend tells American magazine In Touch Weekly: "It's so hush hush that they have sworn everyone to absolute secrecy and haven't revealed the exact date or location yet."

"But the wedding will definitely be in the Los Angeles area — more than likely at Charlize’s Malibu waterfront home — within a month or possibly even sooner."
