Renowned Chinese comic actress Gao Xiumin died from heart disease at 46
on Thursday. Ten days after her elder son died in a traffic accident.
Gao's huaband and son were not with her when she died.
Zhao Benshan, Fan Wei, Jiang Kun and many of her
partners were shocked speechless
when they heard the bad news.
The funeral will be held in
three days.
Gao Xiumin is one of China's top actresses. She
had collaborated
with Zhao Benshan in many comic plays in the Spring Festival Party and also
the TV series "Liu Lao Gen". The series "Near the Shengshui Lake",
produced both by Gao and her husband, a famous playwright He Qingkui, will be on
CCTV1.
