Ba Jin funeral held in Shanghai

Ba Jin's countrymen hold a banner in memory of
the late writer at a funeral in Shanghai October 24, 2005. Ba Jin, one of
the country's most acclaimed novelists of the past century, died in a
Shanghai hospital on October 17, aged 101.
