Elderly climb over park gate to exercise More than 10 senior citizens risk injury and clamber over a 2-metre-high gate of a park in Shanghai early every morning to do their exercises inside, reports Shanghai Youth Daily. The reason is that they prefer to start their fitness routine at 4 am, while the park opens two hours later. And some of them don't want to buy the tickets. However, they have been told that it is not good to exercise too early; and the tickets don't cost much. |
