第一句對白相信大家不看片上中文字幕也聽得懂，意思是：“不，你沒有打擾我們。” 然而第二句對白是什么意思呢？ 假如你每個字都聽出來，會不會把chewing the fat直解為“在嚼肥肉”呢？
Chew the fat不指嚼肥肉，真正的意思是“閑聊”。 明白了chew the fat，那組對白就很容易理解了：No, you didn't disturb us. We were just chewing the fat.（不，你沒有打擾我們。我們只是在閑扯。）
