昨日，北京農村商業銀行正式成立，該行注冊資金人民幣50.75億元，為迄今為止我國最大的農村商業銀行。全市127家法人農信社法人資格取消，合并為一家按現代股份制商業銀行模式打造的商業銀行。這也意味著北京銀行業格局將發生改變。
這項改革舉措的目的在于：Reform measures, including 2 billion yuan (US$246 million) in central bank bills to helpwrite offbad loans as well as efforts to improve management, have already yielded results.
文中的Write off 指的是“勾銷債款”，如write off a debt；write off 還可表示“取消”，例如：We'll just have to write off the plan if we can't find the money for it.（這項計劃如果籌不到款就得取消。）名詞write-off可用來指“報廢物”、會計上的“注銷項款”等。如：The car was a write-off after the accident.（車禍之后，車子就報廢了。）
