Breathe!Jolie tries to bring on birth with Yoga

As she works her way through the onset of labor and the inevitable birth of
her first natural child, Angelina Jolie is practicing a daily yoga regimen to
help her encourage the onset of labor and an easier birth.
This primarily mental preparation goes on throughout the entire birth
process, and Jolie being in labor is now in full lotus mode.

Weekly spoke with Jolie's personal yoga guide, Maryam Askari, whom Jolie met in
Paris. Says the instructor of her famous client, who according to reports is
currently in labor in Namibia, the actress got into yoga when she was taking
pre-natal classes with adopted son Maddox, 3.
