The couple briefly dated in the early 1990s and remained friends after their split and now comedian Shandling is wooing his ex all over again.
The couple has been spotted dining in Hollywood and holding hands in public.
A source says, "Sharon thinks Garry is the funniest man on the planet--and he thinks she's the most beautiful woman.
"They're keeping the relationship low-key, but Sharon and Garry are loving one another like never before."
Stone and Shandling originally started dating after the actress appeared on his cult comedy show The Larry Sanders Show. Stone has since been married and divorced (to/from Phil Bronstein), while Shandling was romantically linked to Calista Flockhart before the Ally McBeal star began dating Harrison Ford.
