 A 30-story residential building in Yuzhong district, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, is engulfed in flames and smoke, Aug 9, 2010. The fire started on the ninth floor about 4:30 pm and spread to the top in less than 10 minutes, burning properties down as most of the residents were away at work. No casualties were reported.
