FILM icon Audrey Hepburn has been voted the most glamorous star of all time.
The My Fair Lady and Breakfast at Tiffany's actress came top in a poll of
5,000 women.
Classic beauty triumphed with faces from the past finishing ahead of today's
Hollywood stars.
Both Victoria Beckham and Coleen McLoughlin have said Hepburn, who died in
1993, is their icon.
Grace Kelly's regal style won her second place. Supermodel Cindy Crawford was
third, with Sophia Loren fourth and Marilyn Monroe fifth.
Other Hollywood stars Elizabeth Taylor was 12th with Rita Hayworth 18th.
Overall, women think the most glamorous stars were found in the 1920s and 30s
leaving modern beauties trailing behind.
New Woman editor Helen Johnston
said: "They all possess classic timeless beauty and know how to show it off."
