Run by a pair of Australian ladies who know their barbecue, China Beach Club is really worth the trip to Mui Wo, even with the 15-minute walk from the ferry pier. Grab a table on the terrace or, if you have a large group, head upstairs to the roof for glorious views of Silvermine Bay. There are two-for-one Tequila Sunrises to help set the mood. Cheese toast was nine generous chunks of bread smothered with cheese and dotted with fiery chili.
