The Changchun Beihu Science Park has developed a "Zhongguancun plus" service module with Zhongguancun's resources and has attracted many enterprises, according to director of the park Liang Xiao.

Two such businesses are Zuo Dan Li and Yunce Technology.

Zuo Dan Li is a biotechnological company focusing on innovations and research and development in the health care industry.

The company gained more than 1.2 billion yuan ($178.43 million) in the first half of 2017.

Another enterprise, Yunce Technology, concentrates on developing software for building an intelligent city.

Li Tong, head of Yunce, said the company is constructing a nursing home integrating nursing and the Internet so families can learn about their elderly loved ones' living conditions online.
