Morita Kumiko: I see the solidarity of Chinese people during the epidemic.

Morita Kumiko, a Japanese student now studying at Northeast Normal University, chose to stay in China with her family after the virus outbreak.

Kumiko said that at the beginning she was worried about her family members' health. However, after witnessing firsthand a series of prevention and control methods, she began to have confidence.

She said that her teachers all showed care for her and other foreign students and required them to report their health condition every day. Currently they have started online classes.

"I love China and am fascinated by the Chinese language and culture. The past month or so is unusual, but I feel the Chinese people's compassion and their solidarity. I am full of confidence that China will win the battle against the virus," Kumiko said.

Mingxik An: China will soon win the battle and companies can resume production.

Mingxik An, who has lived in China for 13 years, is from South Korea. He has worked in the beverage industry in Yanbian, Jilin province for years.

"After the virus outbreak, the Chinese government issued a raft of orderly and effective prevention and control plans, which impressed me," he said.

An said his company has around 200 workers and with conditions becoming better, more than 150 of them had resumed work since Feb 10, while the company's production capacity was increasing gradually.

"The local government has offered a great deal of support and help to the company and employees have returned to work, according to their related health conditions. China will soon win the battle and companies can resume production," he said.

Fah Emmanuel: We will soon see an enchanting sight in the spring.

Fah Emmanuel, whose Chinese name is Tang Yuan, is from Yaounde, the capital of Cameroon, in Africa. He has been in China for more than two years and currently is a student at Changchun University.

"I am very fond of Chinese culture and like to make friends in China," he said. At the moment, due to the epidemic, he can only stay in his dormitory and make preparations for his thesis.

During the interview, Tang thanked the Chinese government for its efforts in epidemic prevention and control, as well as the university for its protection and care of foreign students.

"I think the situation will be better and we will soon see enchanting sight in the spring. The Chinese people will certainly win," he said.
