Changchun International Auto City, for one, has built a perfect career development and training system. Relying on the talent policies of Changchun city, it has provided 30,000 to 80,000 yuan in settlement subsidies to talent with different education backgrounds.

In recent years, the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone has focused on serving major auto manufacturer FAW and has taken the initiative to solving the company's practical difficulties, making every effort to establish a talent gathering hub there for the auto industry. In the past two years, more than 20 million yuan has been invested in the development of FAW's R&D talent.

Since the start of the year, Changchun employment service bureau has carried out online activities to help companies release details on 130,000 vacant jobs and been directly achieved employment intentions with 15,323 people.

By the end of September, the bureau had issued 560 million yuan in guaranteed loans for starting up businesses, supporting 2,347 people to launch enterprises.

Businesses in villages have been adopted by the bureau. If an impoverished individual is hired, they could get a subsidy of 1,000 yuan.

To date, 60 employment service stations have been built, attracting 129 poor people to work.
