From 2004 to 2005, he served as the general manager of the personal software business department of Yahoo China, launching what is now recognized as renowned client software, including 3721 network software and keyword searches from 2004 to 2005.

Feng founded Beijing Kuree Inc at the end of 2005 and introduced kuree.com, a media player with its core technology developed exclusively by the company. The company attracted over 6 million users within six months.

At the beginning of 2007, he acquired Baofeng player software and founded Beijing Baofeng Network Technology Co Ltd.

Feng launched the new generation of Baofeng version 2.0 on April 3, 2007, contributing to the end of foreign player domination in the domestic market.
