Professor Zhang Yiping is the director of the service center for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Beijing municipal commission of development and reform.

He has published five books, including the Collection of Necessary Policies for Beijing's Enterprise Reform and Development and the Improvement Manual for Packaging Techniques. He has published 18 articles, including Beijing's Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprise in a Rapid Financing Environment. He often participates in interviews for CCTV, Sina and other media outlets.
