3. Avoid geocentricism, be a nice boss and care about employees, be a hard-working employee and deserve your salary; make a contribution instead of asking; take responsibility for what happens instead of blaming luck or fate.
4. Running business calls for intelligence more than diligence and effort. You need to learn and think, dare to fight but be good at it. Think before you jump, whenever things change, because a change can mean opportunity or danger, and what you do, decides which it is.
