Works under protection of the Copyright Law

In accordance with Copyright Law and Implementation Regulations of the Copyright Law, the following works are under protection: written works, oral works, musical, dramatic, quyi and choreographic works, works of fine art and architecture, photographic works, cinematographic works or works created by virtue of the analogous method of film production, drawings of engineering designs and product designs, maps, sketches and other graphic works, computer software and other works as provided for in law and administrative rules and regulations.
