Legal basis for protection of enterprise name in China

The protection of the enterprise name right in China is prescribed in the Civil Law, the Law of Countering Unfair Competition, the Company Law, the Provisions on Administration of Enterprise Name Registration and the Provisions on Administration of Company Name Registration.
