Conditions that the permanent representative office shall apply for writing off

Any of the following conditions, the foreign company shall apply for the registration organ to write off registration within 60 days from occurrence: 1) withdrawal of representative office; 2) the representative office expires and stops its operation; 3) the foreign company ends business; 4) the representative office is withdrawn or closed in accordance with law and regulations.
