Gao Shiji, Director-General of the Institute for Resources and Environment Policies of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and Hong Tao, Director of the institute's Research Office of Energy Policies, visited the National Energy Administration to survey poverty alleviation through the development of the photovoltaic industry in Daming county, Hebei province, on June 21.
