The Fujian delegation for the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) was established on March 3 in Beijing, with You Quan, secretary of the Fujian Provincial CPC Committee serving as head of the delegation.

You said all conference deputies from Fujian delegation should work hard and make contributions to the conference by performing their duties industriously and deliberately.
