From October 24 to 27 this year, the 7th Cross-Straits (Xiamen) Cultural Industries Fair will be held with the theme of “Connected with the past and creating ideas for the future”.

This year’s fair aims at building four big brands: Cross-Straits Craft Art Trade Show, Cross-Straits New Power Design Week, Cross-Straits Digital Content Industry Congress and Taiwan Cultural Creativity Shopping Festival. Among these the latter is a new program.

Xu Xiangming shared his perspective on the future of cross-Straits cultural communication and cooperation. He said that this year’s Cultural Fair would hold the Cross-Straits Cultural Creativity Enterprise Collaboration Communication Congress and the Cross-Straits Cultural Creativity Talent Communication Congress for the first time, which will deepen cooperation and communication and attract some Taiwanese high-end cultural creativity visitors to come to Xiamen.

Universities from both sides will start talking about the development of cultural creativity personnel. The National Taiwan University of Arts is contacting Xiamen University of Technology on this issue.
