A delegation from Country Garden, one of China's largest property developers, visited Pingtan county in China's Fujian province, for pre-money valuation, on September 6.

Pingtan authorities hope that Country Garden will engage in Pingtan's development and that the two sides will increase their cooperation. A member of the delegations said the developer expects to start several construction projects in Pingtan soon.

Country Garden has long been involved in Fujian's development and has sent inspection teams to Pingtan on many occasions.
