Huining Hongyu Cargo Distribution Center project, with an overall planned investment of 12.46 million yuan ($2.04 million), was brought in as an investment promotion project by the Department of Transport at Lanzhou Investment & Trade Fair in 2007.

It is located in Jierchuan Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Huining county, and covers an area of 1.67 hectares.

As an integrated freight service center, it provides freight loading, transfer, unloading, storage and transportation services, intermediary agency services, information dissemination services, shopping, and so on.

With the annual cargo throughput between 180,000 and 200,000 tons, it helps improve large-scale transportation and increase economic benefits.
