Baiyin city, Gansu province?held the closing ceremony of the ?Eighth Session of? Sixth People's Congress?on Jan 28.

The three-day session examined and passed several proposals and reports including a government work report, the planning outline of Bayin city for the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-2020) and the government's financial budget in 2016.
