As it is learnt from the closing conference of the Eleventh CPPCC Guizhou Provincial Committee, it has received 539 proposals during the conference and 40 percent was related to the social development.
Wang Fuyu, the chairman of the Guizhou Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference, made a speech in the closing conference. He pointed out that this conference was well-based on the present and also outlook the long term. And it cannot only reflect the aspirations of the committee members but also represent the rapid development of our society.
