Cloud lake holiday resort in Gui’an New Area was honored as the best scenic spot for tourism services during the National Day holiday, according to the “red and black lists” released by the China National Tourism Administration.
The lists covered scenic spots, travel agencies, service staff, tour guides and tourists. The “red list” contains those that performed well under evaluations and the “black list” contains those that did not.
Cloud lake holiday resort was open to the public on Sept 28 and held various activities during the seven-day holiday, including an equestrian carnival, Italian food festival and a motor show, attracting more than 520,000 tourists.
Cloud lake holiday resort performed well in coordination work and provided comprehensive services to tourists, receiving no complaints.
