Huangguoshu Waterfall

The Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area is at the core of the larger Huangguoshu Scenic Spot. The Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area covers an area of 8.5 square kilometers, including the Huangguoshu Waterfall, natural miniature landscape area, Water Curtain Cave and Niniu Beach, to name a few.

The natural miniature landscape area is located near the entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area. Just 500 meters from Huangguoshu Waterfall, it has an area of 40 mu (26,667 square meters) and houses more than 3,000 bonsai trees, covering over 30 varieties.

The impressive Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest in Asia, with the height of 77.8 meters and a width of 101 meters.

The waterfall contains the Water Curtain Cave, which has a length of 134 meters and looks like a decumbent dragon behind the great waterfall. From the cave, visitors can enjoy the waterfall from six directions, and, what’s more, visitors can even touch the plunging waterfall at its back.
