A total of 9,200 openings will be offered at this year's Hebei Summer Job Fair in Shijiazhuang, the province's capital, the Yanzhao Metropolitan Daily reported.
Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator and Great Wall Motor Co Ltd are among 545 companies offering 9,200 positions at the fair. The number of companies attending this year is 2.75 times the number from last year's fair. They will offer 2.7 times more jobs than last year.
Talent demand in agriculture, gardening and chemical industry is growing faster than other industries.
The fair is open to job hunters for free and is scheduled for July 31 to Aug 1.
