With plans to be an international financial BPO model district, the service outsourcing base is located at the Southwest section of the park with a total planned area of 10 square kilometers. Some well-known companies have already entered the park, such as Capgemini, Centrin Data, China Data and Yuanyang Data. According to the standard of garden cities, it will become an ecologic service outsourcing park through the construction of an urban forest, riverside ecologic corridor and a reasonable road network and space arrangement.
