Huaqiao will welcome a series of its major projects in 2011, that are a combination of cultural bond and leisure entertainment. The projects include the construction of the Huaqiao Passion Palace Bar, the Fantastic Karaoke Chamber and the Fabulous Garden Restaurant in the Lvdi Joy City.
Covering an area of over 3,500 square meters, the three projects will be launched within year, and put into service soon afterwards. Upon completion, the projects are set to enhance local living standards in this future metropolis. The combination of modern technology in a unique cultural setting, together with executive services, will give local residents a feeling of entering a new developed era in which they can relax and spend time with friends.
Huaqiao International Service Business Park is committed to becoming an international state of the art metropolis offering superior amenities and living conditions. The Dongnandong Innovation Center, the Mega Fitness center and China Film Group Huaqiao Cinema, which were launched last year, have brought the local population abundant entertainment facilities. It is anticipated that the new projects located in Ludi Joy City will do the same.
