The 2012 Kunshan (Chengdu) Production-Study-Research Cooperation and Exchange Conference was held in Chengdu on Aug 22. Jiangsu Sofmit Investment and Development Co Ltd, located in Huaqiao International Service Business Park, agreed to add 180 million yuan ($28.71) of investments into the Sofmit Software Industrial Park project.
Sofmit Group is a leading enterprise that specializes in software and services outsourcing. With the idea: “Do what you do best and outsource the rest”, Sofmit Group has been developing its business including software outsourcing, business-process outsourcing and accumulated much practical experience through cooperation with companies from Europe, the US, Japan and Korea.
Sofmit Group started to build its industrial park after settling in Huaqiao International Service Business Park in 2009. The park, located in the core of the Software and Information Services Outsourcing Industrial Base, occupies a total area of 133,333 square meters. Construction consists of two phases with construction area of 230,000 sq m. Construction of the first phase started on Feb 19, 2011.
