Two tunnels completed in Paute-Sopladora Hydropower Station, Ecuador

CGGC has recently completed the construction of a water discharge tunnel in the central section and the No.2 branch tunnel for water diversion of Paute-Sopladora Hydropower Station in Ecuador.
With the completion of the two tunnels, the interconnection chamber area and the L1 area were connected. It provided the working interface and ample time for the excavation of the interconnection chamber and shaft, and accelerated the progress of the discharge tunnel construction.
