Jiayuan Hotel was opened in October 2000, just to the west of the town of Qiandeng's government offices and near the Qinfeng Tower.

It provides Chinese restaurants, lodgings, sauna and KTV in two buildings on a 6,000-sq-m area. One building provides dining and KTV, with a dining hall that can hold 400 people.

The other has four floors the 1st and 2nd for bathing, in an 1,800-sq-m area, and the 3rd and 4th floors for guest rooms with 100 beds. The hotel offers a variety of traditional Chinese cuisine and is an ideal place for business negotiations.
