Nantong city -- located in East China's Jiangsu province -- plans to invest 20 billion yuan ($3 billion) in developing its transport network in 2021 and construction of the Zhangjiagang-Rugao cross-river railway along the northern banks of the Yangtze River will also kick off this year, according to local media reports on March 1.
The NETDA Free Trade Zone got the original go-ahead, on Jan 3, 2013, from the State Council, for a 5.29-sq-km area, in two parts.
