The annual Wuxi public sports festival started in 2012 and covers many activities including hiking, table tennis, swimming, badminton, basketball, tai chi, football, square dance, cycling, mountaineering and color run.

The festival is organized online and aims to call in common people. It usually starts in April and lasts till November. The event attracts many participants from other cities, even abroad.
