The city of Puerto Princesa City, Philippines, has been a sister city of Wuxi since October 30, 2007.

It is the capital of Palawan, the largest province in Philippines. With an area of 2,360 square kilometers and a population of 160,000 (according to the 2002 census), it is a first-level city famous for its ecological and environment-friendly construction, alsoknown as the tour center of Palawan.
