Qingchunyouzhan, the name of a volunteer program, was awarded as Zhangjiagang 2012 Outstanding Volunteer Service Program by the Zhangjiagang municipal committee for spiritual civilization construction.

Qingchunyouzhan volunteer activities originally started in the Zhangjiagang metallurgy industry park, the first batch of participants targeted their efforts very specifically by holding themed activities to help those who are in need.

Qingchunyouzhan volunteer activities have been widely praised and supported by government officials. Many young Party members of enterprises and public institutions have taken part in the activities.
