Jilin opens information center in Seoul

The city of Changchun, in Jilin province, recently announced the opening of an overseas service center, in the city of Seoul, ROK, where it expects to provide the necessary services for Koreans interested in visiting Jilin.
In fact, the number of Koreans visiting Jilin has been increasing, so the provincial tourist bureau has been trying to find ways to help Koreans get more tourist information, hence the center, which provides professional services for locals to help them with the various travel packages.
There was an opening ceremony for the center, where Jilin officials were taking part and even managed to sign a few agreements with?ROK travel agencies.
One of them explained the significance of the agreements by saying, “All these MoUs demonstrate the degree of cooperation between Jilin and?ROK in the tourist business and now it has gone one step further.”
Jilin’s beautiful scenery and cultural bonds with?ROK certainly give it strong reasons for appealing to more Korean tourists in the foreseeable furture.
