An enterprise headquarters park in Nanxiang town, Shanghai's Jiading district, is offering improved services for enterprise employees and surrounding residents in an effort to better retain talent.
In 2017, the park launched a service station covering a total area of 3,000 square meters with many functional areas, including a coffee bar, meeting room and exhibition space. Over 250 service projects have been available to employees at the park thus far.
A yoga class, particularly well-received among women at the park, offers a professional yoga tutor and relaxing massages.
It's really convenient to go there directly from work, said a participant surnamed Shen.
With the improvement of supporting facilities, the park has also expanded its services to surrounding residents. At a cultural and sports complex in the park, the restaurants, a movie theater, and badminton courts are very popular among nearby residents on the weekend.
