The 2021 Shanghai Foreign Investment Guide (hereinafter referred to as the 2021 Investment Guide), which is compiled by the Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board, is released in both Chinese and English. The 2021 Investment Guide reviews the economic accomplishments in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and makes comprehensive analyses on economic transformation as well as industrial optimization that will take place in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
