The city of Jincheng, in Shanxi province, signed agreements on 116 projects, on May 10, at a ceremony at the 8th Expo Central China. The projects cover electronic information, new energy, new materials, and equipment manufacturing and are worth about 51.29 billion yuan altogether. Members of the Jincheng Party committee and local government said that they will provide personal and professional services and a special team to promote the projects.

The 8th Central China Expo runs from May 18 to 20, in the city of Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province, under the theme "continuing transformations, coordinating growth, and promoting development".
