More than 6,700 different kinds of products will be on display at the fifth Shanxi Special Agricultural Products Trade Expo to be held in Taiyuan from Sept 16 to 20.
Some 1,200 companies will exhibit products in 16 categories, such as food, traditional Chinese medicine, and agricultural machinery in an exhibition area covering 3.56 hectares.
This year’s expo, with a theme of developing functional farm produce through innovation and boosting industrial upgrading, will showcase new agricultural products, technologies and equipment as well as facilitate trade, promotion of farm specialties and the introduction of advanced agricultural technologies and professionals.
