Shanxi spending big on agricultural development

Shanxi province has plans to put 439 million yuan into supporting agricultural development this coming year with a special fund, mainly for four programs, and has already begun making preparations, with the finance department asked local city bureaus across the province to support of the programs by using the capital in accordance with the provincial agricultural development office.
