Shanxi University retains title as best in the province

Shanxi University remains the first choice for students wanting to study in Shanxi province, as it tops a university ranking for the second straight year.
The list, released by university evaluation website cuaa.net, concluded that Shanxi University has the most powerful schooling ability and tipped it to become a premier college at national level.
In another survey report on the best Chinese universities for 2016, Shanxi University ranked 100th nationwide, and top for Shanxi province. Only two other universities from the province made it into the top 200.
The Business School of Shanxi University is considered as the best independent school in Shanxi, ranking 25th nationwide.
The cuaa.net website is run by the Chinese University Alumni Association (CUAA). The CUAA was founded in 1989 by a group of specialists in information technology and data analysis. It has carried out research on Chinese universities for almost 30 years.
